Movement and Gait Analysis
In the movement and gait analysis, Lisa will look at the entire body and how each individual part is affecting the other areas. By looking at the way a client walks and moves through the world, Lisa determines which muscles might be out of balance in relation to other muscles, or not contracting in a timely manner when the body needs them most. Video analysis, muscle testing, and range of motion evaluations are used as necessary. Videos will be reviewed with client at the first training session.
Training Sessions / Corrective Exercise
Using information from the initial evaluation, Lisa will create a truly customized exercise program to help each client reach their peak level of performance, while simultaneously helping to increase the longevity of their joints and prevent future issues and injuries. At each training session, Lisa will continue to watch how a client develops and modify the workouts, for the most effective training possible.

These stretches are client driven, allowing the the client take charge of their own pain and release areas of fascial tension and adhesions.
Fascial stretching workouts are a fast and effective technique. Results can be seen in as little as 1-3 sessions. Results include improved mobility, pain relief, and restored optimal function to your body.

Class 4 Laser Therapy
Laser Therapy uses a technology called photo biomodulation that changes the condition of damaged tissue by stimulating cellular metabolism thereby speeding up the healing process. The near infrared laser targets the cytochrome C complex in the mitochondria of the targeted cells. The results include increased vasodialation which brings oxygen and nutrients to the cells while removing waste, decreased inflammation, increased healing, increased growth factor and decreased pain.
Class 2 lasers are very different from “cold lasers” this more advanced and more powerful laser is much more effective and can reach deep tissues within the body while targeting the treatment area.
Mashing / Mashiatsu
Mashing, is also known as Thai Mashiatsu. Lisa can use this technique using her feet to compress and work on a client’s muscles. Mashing effects the myofascial tissue as well as blood flow to the muscles being worked on. Mashing provides a deep sedative pressure. It is wonderful for relieving “knots” and tension in the muscles, preparing the muscles for exercise, or for flushing the body at the end of a workout.
