What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 36 hours’ notice for all cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 36 hours before your appointment or reservation to avoid any cancellation fees.

You can schedule directly through the “Schedule Now” button on this site or reach out via phone (415-497-1978) or email (Lisa@FeelTheMojo.com) for assistance.  Tip: Select the service and session length you would like, then chose the date and time that works.  

Wear whatever you’re most comfortable in! For movement sessions, clothes that are easy to move in work best. For your initial session, shorts, leggings, tank tops, or fitted tops are ideal, as they allow your movement and biomechanics to be easily observed. You may also be asked to walk both with and without shoes.

You will be professionally draped throughout your session, so only the area being worked on will be uncovered at any time. Most clients undress to their comfort level — for massage, this is most often nude, though remaining clothed or in underwear is always an option. Keep in mind that massage is most beneficial with direct skin contact, as it allows for more effective work with the tissues.

Lymphatic therapy requires direct skin contact on the area being addressed, so some undressing will be necessary for the region being treated.

There is a ramp to access the exterior main entrance. The space is on the third floor and is accessible via interior stairs or an elevator. The exterior door does not have an automatic open button, however I am happy to come down and open the door for you if needed. The narrowest doorway is 28″ wide. Restrooms are located approximately 100 feet away and are individual, gender-neutral rooms.  Robes are available if needed for a quick trip to the restroom during a session.

We also have experience working with clients with a wide range of physical, medical, and mental health considerations — including physical disabilities, amputations, medical devices such as catheters or ostomy bags, and more. This is a safe, judgment-free space where every body is respected and celebrated.

Yes! Gift cards are available and make a thoughtful gift for anyone looking to move better, feel better, and live better. If you prefer a paper gift certificate to be mailed, please reach out to Lisa directly at Lisa@FeelTheMojo.com and allow extra time for mail delivery.
